Refresh and recharge in one of the two full bathrooms, designed with clean lines and minimalist décor. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can pack light and still feel at home.

Kitchen & Lounge

Unleash your inner chef in the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a water filtration system, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to create delicious meals. The open layout encourages connection — grab a barstool, sip some wine, and chat while you cook.


Dining Area: A charming wooden table with benches, perfect for sharing meals while gazing out at the desert landscape.


Lounge: Sink into the cozy leather couch, catch a movie on the HDTV, browse the bookshelf, or simply admire the view through the expansive windows.

Guest access

Guests will enjoy access to the entire house, including the swimming pool, spa, patio, full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and HDTV. Free parking is available on-site (maximum 3 cars).


Self-check-in is easy with a lockbox. A code will be provided before arrival.

Pets: Dogs are welcome! A one-time pet fee of $100 applies. 🐾

Road Conditions: Many local roads are unpaved—please drive carefully.


Pool & Spa: The spa is complimentary and always heated. The pool remains unheated in winter, but can be heated for an additional $200/night.


Guests & Events: No parties, events, or extra guests are allowed unless approved during the booking process.
